If you wear contact lenses it’s good to give your eyes a rest some days. Especially if you get dry eyes as you get older.
I’ve worn contacts since the age of 12. Until recently no one ever saw me in specs. The contacts were straight in first thing in the morning and removed last thing at night.
I felt ‘less than’ in my specs- not confident, not sexy – not me. Now I feel I can embrace wearing glasses and have all sorts of styles, shapes and colours.
My specs have become an additional fashion accessory- to embrace wearing- not an embarrassing encumbrance.

“Gong hei fat choy” in Chinese translates to:
“Wishing you great happiness and prosperity.”
Wearing the colour red symbolises luck, joy, vitality, celebration and good fortune in Chinese culture.

No celebrity I have ever dressed in all my 30 years as a celebrity stylist has had a perfect body. We are all unique and should embrace our own individuality. .
