Morning pilates exercise
. Mobility, spinal mobility, flexibility, core and abs strength exercise. And also back of arm muscles as they are also used to help action the movement together with the lower abdominal muscles. The movement should be smooth and controlled and not driven by body weight momentum.
It’s harder than it looks.
Give it a go….

Morning PT HIIT workout
Monday morning training with a mix of boxing, agility and core exercises.
As you can see from the video clip I’m not the best in fast side to side movements due to past injury restrictions and an element of caution!
(hip resurface and torn glute med 3 years ago, and injured knee ligaments this March)
However at 63 I am grateful to be fit and able to do everything I want to do from pilates and dance classes to horse riding, and paddleboarding. .

HIIT fitness training workout
Working the glutes, the inner thighs, the outer thighs, calves in plie position.
Working in plie and on the toes adds extra difficulty and effort to retain stability. It’s important to hold the core and to keep the upper body as straight and pulled up as much as possible.
With thanks to @naomidifabio
