Cross squats as a variation which require core stability as well as balance.
Harder than they look.
Important to try to go as low as possible in the squat.
I’ve used a filter as I loved how it made the photo look more tropical but it was really hot and sunny with an amazing blue sky.
More difficult than it looks when done correctly. So I’m looking very serious and still slightly wobbly.
Dog @misslucy_lou not looking too impressed by my efforts either.
