A very sweaty no-makeup photo after 1-1/2 hour hip hop dance class with @WolgangMwanje at Ventnor Winter Gardens IoW.

I was easily the oldest there by about 30 years at 62! Think I held my own and did my best.
Most importantly I enjoyed every minute.

Never care what others think of you if you're doing something just for you and not hurting anyone else.

Dance is so uplifting.

Today's fitness. 
Tryig to keep body line as straight as possible, engaging core and glutes. Can't hold for long as lack of strength in damaged shoulder rotator cuff which is still being treeated by physio to strengthen surrounding support muscles. Its taking a long time.

Training morning. Now for the abs. 
Struggling a bit and the dog still not too impressed...
Engaging the core, using the lower abs, rising and lowering with a straight back with as much control as possible. Also using glutes, hip flexors and quads. (I think)

However this is a no-makeup selfie with no filters. 
Be warned! 
My usual basic makeup is Laura Mercier nude tinted foundation, Nars orgasm blusher, and most importantly eyebrows darkened with pencil or dye as they make such a huge framing difference to the face and last but not least some mascara.
Hopefully not looking too bad for a sixty year old with no makeup standing together with my Thai-boxing superfit hairdresser Andy!

More difficult than it looks when done correctly. So I'm looking very serious and still slightly wobbly.
