Wenesday was National kindness day

Wenesday was National kindness day.
.
Do you know what's really going on in people's lives?  Your friends? Your family? Your neighbours? Those you follow on social media? 
Would you like to know if your friends or family are ok?
Do you ask? 
Are you interested? .
Is what you see posted on Instagram the reality? Or is it an edited or filtered version of their reality? 
The version they prefer you to see and maybe you choose to believe.
.
Do you believe everything you see? 
What is real and what is not? 
Do you compare? 
Does it give you comparison anxiety? 
Do you think you are not as successful, pretty, slim, rich, fit, popular as those you follow? .
Remember, nothing is ever as it seems.
Just as in @hotpatooties new book that I'm currently reading.  The story is so true. .
Every single one of us has stuff going on in our lives that we may or may not want to discuss. 
But it's always nice to be asked.
You can always say thank you and everything is ok. Or no it's not. And know someone is always there to listen to you.

So reach out.
Be kind and understanding.
And never judge a book by its cover. 
You may be surprised at what lies inside. .

This collection of CBD oils, capsules and creams are for me to test and trial with some of my lifestyle and wellness clients

This collection of CBD oils, capsules and creams are for me to test and trial with some of my lifestyle and wellness clients.

Until now I have been very anti CBD oils as I believed that any with enough strength to do anything significantly helpful would be addictive due to the addictive nature of THC compound in cannabis.
.
However the THC has been removed in all these products but they are still high strength enough to be effective.
.
So we here we have from L-R... Kat's Naturals organic CBD THC free drops- Heal: These high dose anti-inflammatory formula drops are peppermint flavoured and can help with anxiety, depression and insomnia.
.
.
Medterra drops are fast acting as they are absorbed sublingualy for anxiety and  pain relief during periods. These I am going to test out on a young women client.
.
.
The  Mediterra capsules can help lessen interrupted nightly sleep as they are slower to kick in as they are absorbed slower in the body than drops. These are what I am  goimg to try myself. Apparently they will not give a Melatonin style hangover effect in the morning.

The CBD pain cream can help arthritis and inflammation. I am going to try this on an arthritic finger and an ageing knee joint myself.

The Lucent botanical mints can help to be calming.
.

The tester sachet creams can help redness, rosacea etc.

Loved interacting with your girls. They were beautifully behaved, interested and interesting, and asked me loads of questions after my presentation talk and told me some of their personal stories which all had positive endings. .

My talks include social media-the positives and negatives, body image, comparison anxieties, bullying and exclusion, mental health and all issues to do with feeling good about yourself. .
I  was a celebrity stylist for over 30 years and now work with private and corporate clients with lifestyle, image and life change and have seen how the relationship with food and eating habits can affect people's lives, their mental health and well-being. .
I took a nutrition degree over the last few years to add to my expertise and knowledge of how to help my clients with a healthy balanced lifestyle. 
I want my clients to be the best versions of themselves they can be. .
