Creamy scrambled eggs with button mushrooms and chives for brekky after a brisk early morning walk on the heath.
Mid morning liver detox is a warm castor oil pack placed over the liver area (the 2nd of these treatments)

Nap time next and then maybe a yoga class or a swim with possible energising very speedy immersion in the icy plunge pool.

Last coffee for the next week.
I will be eating low carb (healthy ones) protein and loads of vegetables and good fats including avocados, butter, oils and oily fish for Omega 3.
And most importantly fermented foods such as sauerkraut, for a healthy gut.
Usually my lowcarb and protein breakfasts are wheatfree but today I really fancied a slice of granary toast
A little of what you fancy is slways a good thing. Then you dont feel deprived or hanker after the forbidden any more.
And an expresso coffee.
You need to include good fats in your daily diet as they help regulate your metabolism, keep you feeling full longer, help transport vitamins and minerals around your body, and protect your vital organs.
A low fat diet is not good for you or even helps you to lose weight on a long term basis. But I am only including healthy fats not transfats or saturated fats in fast foods and processed foods.
