Late breakfast after yesterday’s @slicefitness barrecore class

Late breakfast after yesterday's @slicefitness barrecore class.

Usually wheat free but today fancied a snall slice of sourdough toast with smashed avocado and some mixed seeds sprinkled on top. Good carbs and healthy fats.
Organic scrambled eggs for protein
Smoked salmon for Omega3
A small grilled tomato.
Lasted all day on this big breakfast until an early supper.

When you fancy a healthy snack that’s sweet but not sugary

When you fancy a healthy snack that's sweet but not sugary.

Apple slices with almond butter and a dribble of Manuka honey.
Eating a protein ilike nut butter together with an apple can help your body not have a sugar high and low from the fruit.

Using leftovers to create a healthy quick lunch

Using leftovers to create a healthy quick lunch.

With breakfast yesterday at midday, lunch was at 4pm with bone broth supper at 7pm for the final and 3rd day of a 3 day consecutive fast.
As you can see it's hardly starvation!
This quick and easy recipe was sliced organic beef from a rib of beef ( which was made into the bone broth) stir fried in coconut butter with spring greens ( again already cooked leftovers from another meal in the fridge) with wheat free soy sauce, teaspoon of honey, chopped garlic and chillies.
Yummy simple and healthy., @grayshottspa

Straight to lunch no breakfast 18 hours after yesterday's bone broth supper.

Roast pork with crackling. Yes you can have the crackling as your body needs good fats in moderation to help you feel full after meals, protect organs, store energy and not believe the body is on starvation mode.
Apple sauce with no sugar added.
Broccoli for vits K and C.
One small roast potato cooked in goose fat.
Ratatouille with onions courgettes peppers.
Homemade gravy-no flour.

Lemon and ginger in hot water to start the day

Lemon and ginger in hot water to start the day.

If you're adding Manuka or raw honey, make sure the water is warm, not boiling or too hot as it changes the healing properties of the raw honey.
Ginger is great to help reduce inflammation and lemon is a blood purifier, cleanser and can strengthen the immune system.
