Fast day today

Fast day today.

This doesnt mean starvation however as it's all about leaving a space of time between last meal and next and also reducing the amount of food in a day as in 5:2 diet.

This is bone broth boiled for over 12 hours with chopped carrots, parsley and courgettes.
