When you fancy comforting warming carb-type food instead try a healthy version that nourishes with the warmth coming from chillies and spices rather than starchy or sugary carbs.
This is a Thai prawn Laksa with broccoli, basil leaves, pal choi, a few rice noodles, big fat juicy prawns in a thick coconut broth flavoured with chillies, and Thai spices including lemongrass, galangal, fish sauce, coriander and a pinch of palm sugar etc.
Filling, warming and healthy.
The 1st photo is an outfit my client wore regularly from her own wardrobe and the 2nd photo is one of the dresses I found for her to wear for her business events that went from day to evening.
She is only 5′ 1″ so proportions in the cut of the dress are all important. She also wanted to dress baggy to hide her curves, but understood the impact of wearing well fitted underwear that enhanced her bodyshape and a dress that worked for her curves.
