It is much harder than it looks as it also requires the reformer to be held out and stay in place and still whilst bending over and twisting

Reverse walking lunges whilst punching with weighted balls. 
This is supposed to be a flowing sequence movement. But in my case doesn't seem to be! It's very hard to keep balanced.
I''m doing my best but as they say -could do better! 
The dog @misslucy_lou isn't feeling it either as you can hear from her tone of voice.
