I like to make my breakfast/brunch as interesting as possible

I like to make my breakfast/brunch as interesting as possible.
I often eat it somewhere between 10am to 1pm. - 16/18 hours after my previous day's dinner. 
Intermittent fasting. .
Spinach and Gruyere omelette with chilli smashed avocado and tomatoes.

Back in the day.
Before social media and when we were all happier in our own skins.
.
Here I am on holiday in Mauritius in 1980s.
.
We aspired to look like the models or movie stars we read about in magazines or saw on TV and movies. There were no reality wannabe TV stars , a celebrity was a celebrity by virtue of actual talent not Tv exposure or a social media presence.
.
We may have wanted to be slimmer, have bigger boobs, a smaller waist or longer legs but we didn't stress about it, didn't seek cosmetic procedures to instantly change our bodies or body shame.
.
Life seemed simpler then.
We could be who we wanted to be without judgement.
The words anxiety and mental health weren't words that we now so often hear in our daily life.
.
We are all shapes and sizes and should accept and embrace our differences. .
That's what makes you unique and special.
No one is perfect , unless they've been filtered or airbrushed in a social media photo. And that's not reality. .
Don't compare.
Don't judge
Be yourself.

This collection of CBD oils, capsules and creams are for me to test and trial with some of my lifestyle and wellness clients.

Until now I have been very anti CBD oils as I believed that any with enough strength to do anything significantly helpful would be addictive due to the addictive nature of THC compound in cannabis.
.
However the THC has been removed in all these products but they are still high strength enough to be effective.
.
So we here we have from L-R... Kat's Naturals organic CBD THC free drops- Heal: These high dose anti-inflammatory formula drops are peppermint flavoured and can help with anxiety, depression and insomnia.
.

Medterra drops are fast acting as they are absorbed sublingualy for anxiety and  pain relief during periods. These I am going to test out on a young women client.

The  Mediterra capsules can help lessen interrupted nightly sleep as they are slower to kick in as they are absorbed slower in the body than drops. These are what I am  goimg to try myself. Apparently they will not give a Melatonin style hangover effect in the morning.

The CBD pain cream can help arthritis and inflammation. I am going to try this on an arthritic finger and an ageing knee joint myself.

My breakfast here was eaten late morning and was a 2 organic egg omelette with spinach and Gruyere cheese (a brand made with raw cow's milk for gut health).

Nutritional science helping our bodies function best evolves all the times with new findings. .
Breakfast doesn't have to be 1st thing in the morning but at least 12 hours after your last meal of the day. This could mean that if you ate last at 8pm then your breakfast is anytime from 8am again.  If you are following an intermittent 16/18 fasting regime (2 consecutive days a week), then your breakfast would be around midday to 2pm. .
Then your subsequent 2 or 3 meals can  be squeezed into an 8 hour window. .

This style of eating with intermittent fasting is similar to how I live and eat, and teach my clients to eat. .
I personally choose to have a 12 hour fast overnight into the following day with 2 days a week of 16/18 hours overnight fasting. 
I dont restrict my own calories unless it's after Christmas or after lots of partying or entertaining. 
I do like my food and I like to enjoy life. .
It's a very easy regime to follow and continue as a lifestyle choice -NOT a faddy diet.
