Home grown rhubarb (baked in oven with coconut sugar) layered with double cream, coconut yoghurt, and the only wheat/sugar in the dinner-ginger cake and amaretti biscuits.

Intermittent fasting with a 16 hour fast since last meal of Tuesday eve. 8pm yesterday to 12pm today.
Good to give the gut a rest. For best results repeat 2 consecutive days.
Mashed potato with crispy skin chicken cooked in coconut oil and spinach.
Had to have the mashed potato as its such wet, cold and miserable Wintery Summer weather today
And an expresso coffee.
You need to include good fats in your daily diet as they help regulate your metabolism, keep you feeling full longer, help transport vitamins and minerals around your body, and protect your vital organs.
A low fat diet is not good for you or even helps you to lose weight on a long term basis. But I am only including healthy fats not transfats or saturated fats in fast foods and processed foods.
Make the beef or veggie mince however you wish and alternate layers of the squash slices as you would when making lasagne.
You could also add layers of grated cheese and white sauce if you like to make it more like a proper lasagne.
I have used a mixture of cheeses on the top to make a lovely melted cheese crusty top.

Place kale first in a baking dish and lay a boned and filleted wild sea bass fillet on the top. I also added some fennel.
The fish is seasoned with olive oil salt pepper and lemon.
The kale is also sprinkled with olive oil or if you wish, coconut oil.
Bake for about 15 minutes.
A delicious, low carb and healthy meal!
I suggest to my clients to commence each meal with a teaspoon of Sauerkraut to aid digestion and gut health. I’ve added some ‘good oil’ for additional Omega3 for its anti-inflammatory properties, healthy joints and brain function.
This homecooked breakfast consists of Portobello mushrooms, wilted organic spinach leaves, an organic 2-egg omelette cooked in coconut oil with chopped chives for added flavour and some Isle of Wight tomatoes.
