I love doing these speaker talks for organisations or schools.
If I can inspire or change the mindset even of just a small percentage of my audience it's all worth while.

I want both women and men to aspire to be their unique best selves, to not aspire to be like the images that they perceive to be the reality on Instagram social media posts.

I'm wearing:
A current season £29.00 Zara dress.
I replaced the plastic red belt it came with, with a Gucci one.  I like to mix affordable High street with occasional Designer accessories.
Orange ballet shoes Zara past season.

Reformer Pilates.

Often an exercise needs subtle postural tweaks or alignments to be performed correctly and effectively. .
Small corrections can make all the difference to feeling the right muscles engaging and working properly.
.
It's very easy to often think you're doing an exercise as it should be done, but in fact be cheating yourself as a slightly incorrect stance or body placement won't be using the specific targeted muscle or set of muscles for the movement. .
Here I'm trying to keep the back straight, hips square, core engaged, abs and glutes switched on, and the knee tracking correctly over the ankle and foot on the standing leg.

Good morning

Good morning. Good Friday

My happy place by the sea with dogs @misslucy_lou and family for Easter weekend.
.
This picture was taken by my daughter on our morning dog walk after 4 days of the 5 day Prolon intermittent fast-mimicking 1000 calorie a day diet plan. My daughter commented I was looking significantly slimmer. I don't know how much weight I've lost as I prefer to not weigh as I don't believe obsessing with weight or calories is a healthy mindset.
.
The scientifically researched mix of vitamin supplements together with the packeted vegan soups, nut and cocoa bars and fresh olives were actually really tasty and quite easy to manage for 5 days without feeling faint or too hungry or deprived. I do like my food.  .
Prolon do caution no exercise during this period, however I did have a yoga class and dog walks and was fine. .
Intermittent fasting is how I live day to day always leaving 12 hours after my last meal to my first of the following day. And when I can, 2 consecutive days a week, leaving 16-18 hours overnight ( an early supper, no breakfast, late lunch) . Not difficult. .
So these 5 days mimicked this way of eating but with reduced calorific intake. Much the same as the Michael Mosely 1000 cal a day eating plan for helping to reverse type 2 diabetes.

Happy Easter everyone.
I'm now looking forward to family Easter weekend with proper meals which are still healthy and also a bite or two or three of a dark chocolate Easter egg.

A makeup free face no filters. .
Over the last month I had 5 x BDR facials at the lovely Elena's Fulham aesthetics beauty clinic Elenique.
.
I've been using the BDR products regularly every day. Cleanser, toner, 2 x serums and a moisturiser. Seemed a lot of products to use twice a day at the beginning as I'm all about speed as never have time to faff around, but 
I' ve got used to the routine now and even managed to fit an exfoliation in one evening too. .
My skin tone seems improved, maybe a bit firmer and plumper, still have wrinkles but I wasn't hoping for a miracle. 
.
10 facials apparently is the best for optimum results with occasional monthly maintenance one after that.
