Nesse is a brilliant pilates and barre teacher.
I am 65 and try to keep myself fit and healthy.
.
In life before Covid19 I spoke on radio, TV and in schools and organisations on mental wellness, social media, positive body image, first impressions and healthy eating (I have a nutrition diploma) health, beauty, lifechange and personal image and style. (I was a celebrity stylist for A list stars for 30 years) .
.

Nesse and I are going to be chatting together at 10am tomorrow - 
and answering your questions on any subjects you ask us:
From menopause to men, 
Healthy diet or current lifestyle dilemmas
And
pilates to positivity.
... and more.. .
before Nesse and I host a Zoom fun Pilates class the following Monday for anyone who is age 50 plus and would still like to keep fit. .
Look forward to 10am tomorrow.

Easy recipe of the day – Beef short ribs slow-cooked

Easy recipe of the day - Beef short ribs slow-cooked.
Method: place beef short ribs in slow- cooker over night or for a minimum of 6 hours. Add  chopped shallots or onions, garlic, chopped carrots, turmeric, splash ketchup, water (and vegetable or beef stock cube if you wish) and red wine.Towards end of cooking add some chopped mushrooms. The meat should be tender and falling off the bone.
I sprinkled some chopped parsley to serve.and a side of cabbage.

Still keeping supple at age 64

Still keeping supple at age 64.
.
Not necessarily the most flattering position but hey... at least the body is still mobile, even with the left hip re-surfaced a few years ago and various other injuries.
.
For my fitness regime I try to do Pilates, mat or reformer, 3 times a week. Anything else is in addition or if I can't get to a Pilates class.
.
My Pilates posts aren't always real time so don't believe I am a fitness fanatic and exercising every single day - I'm not! .
If I'm in the Isle of Wight I love to horse ride on the beach.
.
I also do occasional dance classes which can help memory as well as fitness, as  concentration is needed to remember routines.
.
Boxing mixed with HIIT in the gym is great for cardio and fat burning and also concentration as I dont want to be punched on the nose  
.
.
.

.
