Difficult to know what to wear when the weather changes from hot and muggy to cold and rain and you're sitting outside the restaurant for dinner.

The way forward seems to be mixing Summer and Winter wardrobes.

Sometimes you just have to!

Sometimes you just have to! .
My Instagram posts are all about being real, no filters, being true to yourself and leading a healthy lifestyle with nutrition and fitness tips,  intermittent fasting, and healthy sugar free and wheat free recipes for a healthy gut.. .
However.....
.
When you're in Brighton at a brilliant fishy restaurant @thesaltroombrighton you have a day off. .
Sometimes a little of what you fancy is better than having those cravings and constantly denying yourself.
Life is for living and enjoying.
.
Dont beat yourself up after, enjoy the moment and every single mouthful and then go back to eating healthily the next day with maybe a 16/18 hour break before your first meal of the following day to give your digestive system time to recover.
.
This is a sharing pud..... "A taste of the Sea"
( and no it wasn't all for me) 
Candyfloss, rhubarb "99" ice cream, smoked salted fudge,  chocolate truffle pebble, apple and almond tart, passion fruit sours, chocolate and orange doughnut,, .
The picture on the bottom right is fish soup. It was served separately in a jug together with croutons, to be poured over a piece of octapus, roux and I think a piece of orange which were at the bottom of the bowl. .
It was absolutely delicious

Loved Bryony and her no filter approach to life and being true and authentic to who she is.

That "we should all be kinder to ourselves"
And "We should say NO more often" 
Were two of Bryony's thoughts that resonated most with me. .
Most women are so self-critical and often feel they are not enough. But they are and should allow themselves to be who they are. 
That is why Bryony's Instagram is always real and never filtered and so is mine too- hopefully to inspire women of all ages.
Never to try to be something they are not. 
Be individual and unique.

Great to meet you Bryony and have a chat at the end. .
I really enjoyed listening to you talking spontaneously with no prompts, with your energy and joie de vivre and how you now embrace life sober and grab it by the balls.

Homemade spaghetti alla vongole

Homemade spaghetti alla vongole. (spaghetti with clams) .
.
Ingredients for the sauce: chopped shallots, garlic, fennel, chillies, fresh parsley.
.
All the above ingredients shallow fried in extra virgin olive oil until soft and the shallots translucent. .
I then added the clams to the pan (rinsed first in cold water to make sure they shut before cooking) and also a little extra boiling water.
.
Simmered for a few minutes until the clams all opened.
.
Then added the pre-cooked and rinsed( to get rid of the starchiness) wheatfree/ gluten free spaghetti into the sauce.
.
Finally more extra virgin olive oil and fresh parsley leaves.
.
Yummy, healthy, simple and quick.
.
.
.
.
