Grilled over charcoal and served with a yuzu lime, szechwan pepper, lemongrass & galangal dressing.
And ‘Merus’ from the largest part of the crab leg grilled with butter and hollandaise sauce with triple cooked fries ( I didnt eat them).
With a side of Steamed Kale Roasted anchovy & bone marrow butter
.. Today is back to 3 full meals around exercise, treatments and relaxation.
Creamy scrambled eggs with button mushrooms and chives for brekky after a brisk early morning walk on the heath.
Mid morning liver detox is a warm castor oil pack placed over the liver area (the 2nd of these treatments)
Lunch (I’m stuffed now)! Is lentil and roasted tomato soup and then Thai Green Curry with a side of mixed vegetables (various greens vegs and onions)
Nap time next and then maybe a yoga class or a swim with possible energising very speedy immersion in the icy plunge pool.
Kimchi is a mix of fermented cabbage carrots and spices.
Fermented foods are great for promoting gut health
1 Chinese cabbage
3 garlic cloves, crushed
2½ cm/1in piece ginger, grated
2 tbsp fish sauce (optional)
2 tbsp sriracha chilli sauce or chilli paste
3 tbsp rice vinegar
8 radishes, coarsely grated
2 carrots, cut into matchsticks or coarsely grated
4 spring onions, finely shredded
Healthy good fats in the seabass with crispy skin -yum!
A smear of aubergine puree and cauilflower couscous and crispy cavolo nero.
The carrot is sliced and cooked together with cabbage and kale. Mixed together with some Moroccan style spices.
