A quick healthy Summer lunch inspo.

Organic salmon fillet shallow-fried in organic butter so that the skin goes crispy (start flesh side down) will only take 5 minutes to cook.
On a bed of leaves with avocado and cucumber.
Eating at least 3 portions of oily fish gives you Omega3 fatty acids essential for a healthy brain, heart and eyes.

Thai king prawn Laksa curry lunch in the sun today at Phat Phuk noodle bar London

Thai king prawn Laksa curry lunch in the sun today at Phat Phuk noodle bar London.

Low carb and protein Thai lunch on London's Kings road Chelsea. My favourite little cafe with Thai street food. Yummy healthy and inexpensive. I always ask the rice noodles to be replaced with vegetables so they add extra broccoli and leaves.
The base ingredient of a Laksa is coconut milk which has loads of health benefits:

Improves Heart Health by Lowering Blood Pressure and Cholesterol.. Builds Muscle and Helps Lose Fat. .
Provides Electrolytes and Prevents Fatigue. ... Helps Lose Weight. ... Improves Digestion and Relieves Constipation. ... Manages Blood Sugar and Controls Diabetes. ... Helps Prevent Anemia.

Healthy low carb and protein fishy lunch by the sea

Healthy low carb and protein fishy lunch by the sea.

Prawns and smoked salmon on a bed of leaves with cucumber, olives, tomatoes and avocado.
A light dressing of creme fraiche and herbs.
Smoked salmon and prawns are both goods ources of Omega 3 fatty acids and unsaturated fat. Unsaturated fats can help improve your blood cholesterol levels when you eat them in place of saturated orctrans fats. Omega 3 can reduce inflammation and reduce risk of heart disease.

So after a ‘fast” yesterday of no breakfast, a substantial lunch, then bone broth for dinner

So after a 'fast'' yesterday of no breakfast, a substantial lunch, then bone broth for dinner... Today is back to 3 full meals around exercise, treatments and relaxation.
Creamy scrambled eggs with button mushrooms and chives for brekky after a brisk early morning walk on the heath.
Mid morning liver detox is a warm castor oil pack placed over the liver area (the 2nd of these treatments)
Lunch (I'm stuffed now)! Is lentil and roasted tomato soup and then Thai Green Curry with a side of mixed vegetables (various greens vegs and onions)
Nap time next and then maybe a yoga class or a swim with possible energising very speedy immersion in the icy plunge pool.
