Healthy breakfasts dont need to be boring and can be attractively plated and colourful

Healthy breakfasts dont need to be boring and can be attractively plated and colourful. .
Organic scrambled eggs, organic streaky bacon, smashed avocado with chillis, wilted spinach, roasted sweet potato. .
If you make each plate of food appealing, it can help you regulate portion control and also create each meal to be a more sensory total experience. Always eat and focus on what you're eating rather than watching TV or reading. It's not good to eat on the move. The brain won't register you have eaten and you will remain hungry.

Eating with mindfulness can help remind the brain to send a timely message to the stomach when you are actually full.  This will stop you binge eating or over-eating and help you to to maintain an optimum healthy weight.

Sometimes we don’t take time to stop and look around us and appreciate being in the moment

Sometimes we don't take time to stop and look around us and appreciate being in the moment. Most of us are glued to our phones, reading texts, sending emails, checking our social media.

So whilst walking @misslucy_lou this sunny morning  I was practicing being mindful, grateful and appreciating the world around me.
.
 I came across this beautifully planted flower bed. So simple but so effective.
.
I thought it was quite magical, ethereal almost like Narnia with the old fashioned lamp post.
.
Perfect garden for a Halloween posting. .
.
.
.
.
Most of us are glued to our phones, reading texts, sending emails, checking our social media.

Tuesday morning early HIIT boxing training session.

Love boxing for having to be mindful, be in the moment and focus.  Also brilliant for cardio, toning, upper body, arms, waist, glutes and legs
And also the brain for remembering the sequences. HIIT is the best way for helping increase your metabolism for most efficient  weightloss (of course together with how you moderate your eating).
You dont have to be young to start a new sporting activity. #nevertoolate. I'm 63.
