(I was a celebrity stylist for A list stars for 30 years) .
Nesse and I are going to be chatting together at 10am tomorrow –
and answering your questions on any subjects you ask us:
From menopause to men,
Healthy diet or current lifestyle dilemmas
pilates to positivity.
… and more.. .
before Nesse and I host a Zoom fun Pilates class the following Monday for anyone who is age 50 plus and would still like to keep fit. .
Look forward to 10am tomorrow.

We all like to find a bargain or two to add to our wardrobes when we’re not re-wearing or upcycling our clothes- as the Duchess of Cambridge did last night at the Baftas.
Wearing vibrant colour can bring you joy and brighten up your day.
Sometimes it’s good to venture out of your comfort zone and experiment.
Today I’m wearing :
Cotton crop polo-neck from Zara (under £10)
Blue trousers from Zara sale £5.99 (reduced from £29.99)
Heels from TK Maxx in 2019 (around £30)
Qi Gong is a centuries-old Chinese mind-body spirit practice that can improve mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement and breathing.
I like to vary the types of exercise I do, from the meditative to the body-aligning and strengthening to the aerobic.

I continue on with my own regular skin care routine of BDR facial products together with an occasional BDR medical grade facial as it helps my 65- year old ageing skin feel plumped and refreshed without the intervention -yet- of any non- surgical tweaks.
But I do like to see what is going on the future of tweakments often via the lovely @alicehartdavis
In this way I can give an unbiased opinion when asked by my lifestyle clients.
I’m a bit of a coward and personally not a great fan of any needles- blood tests or cosmetic however… if you aren’t too squeamish watch this series of video clips I filmed this week ( through half-closed fingers ) at Cosmesurge – Harley st London.
These are a few options of tweaks you could do – if you so wished- for your hands, your nose, and a brow lift. .
You can see in the video clips the Ellanse injections in both the hands and temples.
And a brow thread lift.
On both you can see the significant improvement before and after on the two sides of the lady’s hands and face.
These procedures can go on showing improvement for up to 3 months and can last for up to 3 years as the collagen re- building kicks in ( i hope I’m correct in this )?
It is always important if you are to have any of these tweaks that you choose a top aesthetician, surgeon and clinic.
Not a back room in some local beauty salon.
All procedures do have an element of risk.
Sometimes we all need to stop and take stock of where we are now and where we would like to be… say in three months, six months, a year.
The start of this new decade 2020 can fill us with renewed hopes and expectations.
But be realistic in your aspirations.
Keep visualising……the possibilities:
Make your visualizations a reality.
Could it be…..
A new romantic partner in your life.
An abundance of money flooding in to pay bills.
A fitter body achieved with a new healthy lifestyle and exercise.
An exciting job you would like to be offered.
Give your dreams a chance to be fulfilled.
Rome wasn’t built in a day and it’s still only the 2nd week of January.
This is a liquid 7 day course by Aethern. .
Optimum results can be seen apparently after 3 months of regular use.
I’m now on the 2nd day of this supplement. Taking a dose at breakfast time after a min of 12 hours overnight intermittent fasting break. The taste is fruity- not unpleasant- but you can mix it with a fruit juice too.
