You will see Conchita singing Eurovision winning song Venus and on the Hovertravel float procession, the Priscilla Queen of the Desert cast with song medleys, Dolly Parton and Lady Gaga tribute acts and the completely brilliant @thedannybeard  He was my highlight act of the day. So talented! 
Go see him perform if you have a chance! 
When I caught up with him to take his photo he was running in stripper style vertigineous 6" heels to get to the stage as he was late.  He was faster in his heels than I was in my trainers! 
Was super impressed... i shall start taking walking or running in heels lessons from a drag queen! .

Early morning beach walk time

Early morning beach walk time.

For a healthy gut which helps you to be healthy overall,  if you leave 12 hours between your last evening meal and your breakfast/brunch/first meal of the day you are giving your digestive system a chance to digest and rest. 
Take your exercise before this first meal of the day. 
20 mins fast walking or 20 mins HIT exercise will help your weightloss programme.. .

Simple quick healthy lunch.

Prawns, avocado, smoked salmon, fake caviar, mixed leaf salad with grated beetroot and a few blobs of mayonnaise or creme fraiche.
Simple healthy with protein carbs and Omega 3.

Pilates hover exercise

Pilates hover exercise.

This exercise can be the precurser to a plank. It engages the glutes, core, and deep abdominals.  The back has to be straight and the head aligned. It's harder than it looks to keep the back in line and shoulders down and not curve the back upwards when raising and holding the hover position.

2nd exercise following on from hip flexor stretch using the foam roller

2nd exercise following on from hip flexor stretch using the foam roller.

Basic table top toe taps to engage the core,  glutes and lower abdominals.
Using the foam roller in this position can help stop the hip flexors coming into action too when the core is still weak.

A simple Pilates bridge to engage the glute posterior muscles

A simple Pilates bridge to engage the glute posterior muscles.

Feet hip width apart, Raise your bottom up into bridge,, lift your leg up, making sure you don't drop your hip.
You will see I dropped slightly more on one side than the other as that's my weaker side at the moment.
Try to place your foot down gently.
You only need to do 2 lifts each time before you come down, relax and reset.
