Is the miserable wet weather making you crave carbs?

Try this low carb healthy lasagne made with slices of butternut squash instead of traditional lasagne pasta sheets.
Make the beef or veggie mince however you wish and alternate layers of the squash slices as you would when making lasagne.
You could also add layers of grated cheese and white sauce if you like to make it more like a proper lasagne.
I have used a mixture of cheeses on the top to make a lovely melted cheese crusty top.
Yummy!

A filling and substantial low carb and protein healthy breakfast/brunch after morning exercise workout A 2-egg omelette (cooked in a ‘ green pan’ so no unhealthy non-stick coating) with a filling of chopped spinach(frozen packet spinach defrosted and cooked first), fried bacon lardons in coconut oil, and unpasteurised gruyere cheese

Barrecore morning

Barrecore morning. 
This was filmed when I had full mobility in my right shoulder before my injury and subsequent recuperation.
Here i am engaging the core and glutes in a plie to rise into a demi point really pulling up, whilst squeezing the ball between the hands for strengthening the supporting surrounding shoulder girdle and muscles.

It's that time of year when people start to worry about getting bikini-body ready. As someone better than me once said: get a bikini, put it on your body, and you're ready! I stopped using filters a while ago (other than to make a picture clearer when the light is shit). In this photo I've decided to use the delicious rolls of flab that I have had since I stopped giving a fuck about what anybody thinks about my body. And I don't know if I mentioned, but I ran a marathon with those rolls of flab. So whatever your shape or size this summer, own it. And if you don't think you can own it, just channel your inner swan princess instead. Because ANYONE can rock a giant pool inflatable. with thanks to @lauralouisewilkins for the giant pool inflatable and the pic. EDIT: bikini by @debenhams

An early morning workout on the beach gives a positive and uplifting start to the day. HIIT 121 personal training with boxing, squats and lunges engaging the core and glutes throughout.

However I am exercising with an injured shoulder so limited movement with my right arm, I am working together with a physio and a trainer to support and strengthen the surrounding muscles.
