Pulled pork shoulder(with Moroccan style spices) with green pea dip, blanched vegetables and soaked nuts (blanching and soaking makes them  less indigestable than raw). A side of mixed vegetables too.

So after a ‘fast” yesterday of no breakfast, a substantial lunch, then bone broth for dinner

So after a 'fast'' yesterday of no breakfast, a substantial lunch, then bone broth for dinner... Today is back to 3 full meals around exercise, treatments and relaxation.
Creamy scrambled eggs with button mushrooms and chives for brekky after a brisk early morning walk on the heath.
Mid morning liver detox  is a warm castor oil pack placed over the liver area (the 2nd of these treatments) 
Lunch (I'm stuffed now)! Is lentil and roasted tomato soup and then Thai Green Curry with a side of mixed vegetables (various greens vegs and onions)
Nap time next and then maybe a yoga class or a swim with possible energising very speedy immersion in the icy plunge pool.

The soup is celery (diuretic) with turmeric, cumin (both anti-inflammatory) 
Main course is mustard and honey roasted ham with mango or red pepper dressing choices. Courgette and pickled lime dip. Blanched ( not raw-as more indigestable) salad with a large bowl of mixed mostly green vegs.
Yummy.
Hardly starved am I? Even though detoxing. All healthy low/good carb and protein food choices.

Ingredients include coconut milk, soaked almonds, soaked chia seeds, soaked flax seeds (all soaked to be more digestible) avocado for good fats, spinach,  cucumber, ( good carbohydrates) lime juice, blueberries, water, vanilla extract, sea salt, raw honey, mixed spice (cinnamon coriander dill seed nutmeg cloves).  @grayshottspa
