Reverse walking lunges whilst punching with weighted balls. 
This is supposed to be a flowing sequence movement. But in my case doesn't seem to be! It's very hard to keep balanced.
I''m doing my best but as they say -could do better! 
The dog @misslucy_lou isn't feeling it either as you can hear from her tone of voice.
