Recipe as in the earlier posting.
I’ve added chopped carrots and celery for a bit of crunch.
Found this packet curry soup in the Health food shop which had all natural ingredients, no additives wheat or sugar and was properly delicious.
I simply added boiled water to the powder.
It had turmeric, cumin and chiĺli, all excellent anti-inflammatory spices and great for health and weight loss.
To make the soup more of a substantial supper I added some cauliflower, broccoli and spinach and cashew nuts.
Chargrilled organic lamb cutlets with a ‘swoosh’ of houmous (trying to be decorative and chef-y) with buttered cavolo nero, carrots and broccoli flowerlets. Colourful, rainbow, dark green and purple vegetables are all full of vitamins and minerals. The more colour you add into your vegetable choices the healthier the benefits.
Butter on the vegetables for good fats.
Vegetables dont have to just be for lunch or dinner!
ASparagus is an excellent source of vitamin K, folate, copper, selenium, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin C, and vitamin E. It is also a very good source of dietary fiber, manganese, phosphorus, vitamin B3, potassium, choline, vitamin A, zinc, iron, protein, vitamin B6, and pantothenic acid.
And of course yummy
Lightly boiled or roasted with olive oil, salt and pepper.
