Late breakfast after yesterday's @slicefitness barrecore class.

Usually wheat free but today fancied a snall slice of sourdough toast with smashed avocado and some mixed seeds sprinkled on top. Good carbs and healthy fats.
Organic scrambled eggs for protein
Smoked salmon for Omega3 
A small grilled tomato.
Lasted all day on this big breakfast until an early supper.

Bring on Summer! Missing my training last Summer by the beach

Bring on Summer! 
Missing my training last Summer by the beach. Back to the exercise studio today for a barrecore class.  @misslucy_lou the bichonXwestie is missing the beach too.

I try to do some type of exercise and training at least 4 days a week together with a healthy eating regime. Pilates for core and glute  strength especially and overall body alignment. Boxing for HIIT. Barre class for core glutes and toning. Abd if no time for anything else a short brisk walk.
Back to the exercise studio today for a barrecore class. @misslucy_lou the bichonXwestie is missing the beach too.

Using leftovers to create a healthy quick lunch

Using leftovers to create a healthy quick lunch.

With breakfast yesterday at midday, lunch was at 4pm with bone broth supper at 7pm for the final and 3rd day of a 3 day consecutive fast. 
As you can see it's hardly starvation! 
This quick and easy recipe was sliced organic beef from a rib of beef ( which was made into the bone broth) stir fried in coconut butter with spring greens ( again already cooked leftovers from another meal in the fridge) with wheat free soy sauce, teaspoon of honey, chopped garlic and chillies.

Lemon and ginger in hot water to start the day.

If you're adding Manuka or raw honey, make sure the water is warm,  not boiling or too hot as it changes the healing properties of the raw honey.
Ginger is great to help reduce inflammation and lemon is a blood purifier, cleanser and can strengthen the immune system.

Love boxing for having to be mindful, be in the moment and focus.  Also brilliant for cardio, toning, upper body, arms, waist, glutes and legs
And also the brain for remembering the sequences. HIIT is the best way for helping increase your metabolism for most efficient  weightloss (of course together with how you moderate your eating).
You dont have to be young to start a new sporting activity. #nevertoolate. I'm 63.
