How to eat out healthily in restaurants.

My new favourite restaurant  @fancycrabuk 
Grilled Squid Steak with squid ink, roasted beetroot, salad
Grilled over charcoal and served with a yuzu lime, szechwan pepper, lemongrass & galangal dressing.
And 'Merus' from the largest part of the crab leg grilled with butter and hollandaise sauce with triple cooked fries ( I didnt eat them).
With a side of Steamed Kale Roasted anchovy & bone marrow butter
Just delcious!

Braised chicken thighs(protein) with fennel (a diuretic)  orange and red onion puree in the 'swoosh' , tomato dressing, romesco dip, blanched vegs, and a side ( not photographed) of sauteed kale with cashew nuts.(good carbs and protein)

Lunchtime Pulled pork shoulder(with Moroccan style spices) with green pea dip, blanched vegetables and soaked nuts (blanching and soaking makes them less indigestable than raw)

Finally back on social media again after nearly 6 weeks of a virus which ended up on my chest

So no fitness classes as no puff.
However ongoing with low carb recipes and mostly wheat and sugar free

Usually my lowcarb and protein breakfasts are wheatfree but today I really fancied a slice of granary toast
A little of what you fancy is slways a good thing. Then you dont feel deprived or hanker after the forbidden any more.

What to do with leftovers for a healthy brunch? Basically beat eggs as though youre making an omelette but oven bake it so it becomes more like a Spanish tortilla

I added sweet potatoes and courgette which i part fried in coconut oil.

Once cooked I kept in the fridge, taking slices out and grilling them with gruyere cheese on top till bubbling and crispy.

Served with wilted spinach.
