On the Vanessa Feltz show this morning on BBC Radio London at 11.10am, talking about the piece in today's Daily Mail where Fiona Bruce says she dyes her grey hair because age is an issue for women on TV. Is she right?
ABERDEEN ASSET MANAGEMENT COWES WEEK 2012
Had a fantastic hour out on the water right in the midst of all the sailing action with ONDECK. We sped out of the marina in a 8.8m rib with a 350hp engine, cutting through the waves to the furthest end of the racing opposite the Beaulieu river. We caught up with the XOD, Victory, Sonar, Sunsail and Quarter Ton races amongst others It is always such a wonderful sight, especially when you are right alongside the bigger yachts.
The hourly rib rides cost £30 for a single ticket, and £110 for a family of 4. Group rate prices on request. There is also the opportunity to sail on a 40ft Dehler39 for £199. There are 3 slots still remaining for this Saturday!
ONDECK is a global training and events company for sail or engine water based activities and is the official charter partner for Aberdeen Asset Management Cowes Week Ltd.

9.10am today chatting to BBC 3 Counties Radio on Plastic Surgery.
Now that the Plastic Surgery industry is to be better regulated, is plastic surgery good or bad?
Does it really make you feel better about yourself? or does it set you on the rocky road to wanting more and more once you start seeking perfection and holding back time….

After watching our amazing Olympic Games triumphs, tears and jubilations as a TV couch potato, I feel a more active role coming upon me during Aberdeen Asset Management Cowes Week.
On Tuesday I will be out on the press boat between 12 and 2pm with my trusty compact Panasonic Lumix camera dwarfed by the huge lenses of the serious sailing Press photographers. So do keep an eye on my Blog/Twitter/Facebook to see what sailing moments I manage to capture…….weather, waves and jostling lenses permitting!
I am very excited about this Friday. Fireworks in the evening and the majority of Skandia Team GB, including Gold Medallist Paul Goodison, Britains' windsurfers Nick Dempsey and Bryony Shaw and 470 champions Hannah Mills and Saskia Clark in Cowes. But the highlight of the day is my chance to sail with one of these Olympians! My sailing ability is very basic and my land legs are infinitely better than my sea legs- but what a fantastic opportunity!
Cant wait!………..
