Wednesday filming day. Even when you're filming a TV commercial in a studio and breakfast is served up for the crew members, it's possible not to choose the bacon butty but have the healthy protein and low carb option.

A client wardrobe makeover

A client wardrobe makeover. This client was 5'2 tall and needed smart day to evening outfits to wear. This is one of the before and after pix. Everything she had in her wardrobe was baggy and worn to be layered to hide her body shape. I want my clients to be proud of their bodies and wear clothes that flatter making them feel and look their best.
