Feeling a Bohemian vibe wearing this new Zara dress. . I could be pregnant with twins under it - but that would be a miracle - - or hiding any number of things under its volumes of fabric. . It's not a sexy dress or a flattering dress for anyone with boobs as it hangs straight from them - but it's cool and airy with a fun print and vibrant colours that bring joy to the wearer. . Is it too young a dress to wear at the age of 66? Who cares - I am enjoying wearing it. . When we enjoy and feel good wearing a particular item of clothing - we as women - feel confident, positive and empowered. . This is a happy dress. .

Sometimes we all need to stop and take stock of where we are now and where we would like to be

Sometimes we all need to stop and take stock of where we are now and where we would like to be... say in three months, six months, a year. . The start of this new decade 2020 can fill us with renewed hopes and expectations. But be realistic in your aspirations. . Keep visualising......the possibilities: Make your visualizations a reality. Could it be..... A new romantic partner in your life. An abundance of money flooding in to pay bills. A fitter body achieved with a new healthy lifestyle and exercise. An exciting job you would like to be offered. But Give your dreams a chance to be fulfilled. Rome wasn't built in a day and it's still only the 2nd week of January. . . . .

Every so often we need to take time out away from social media.

Every so often we need to take time out away from social media. To focus on ourselves and our family. Family is everything. . Our Instagram posts show the glossy, happy sides of our lives. Even with no filters on our photos, we still carefully edit what we put out into the public domain. . Do our followers really want to know what's going on in our private lives? Yes or no? . Maybe if it can inspire? ... . I only want to inspire and motivate with positive messages and images. Showing how to be age proud at 65 years old, have body confidence, live a healthy and active lifestyle, have good mental health and that it's never too late to try anything new. . The Summer wardrobe is finally having an airing this week.

The Summer wardrobe is finally having an airing this week. . Summer has arrived in London at the same time as my busiest fun week of the year. . It makes a change to wear real clothes instead of daily fitness kit lycra which everyone walks around London in, even if they're not going to the gym. . Girls night out with Marcia McCabe at my cousin Russ Kane's pre-Edinburgh festival warm up gig at the Albany pub, London. . Wearing halter neck silk top and limited edition customised jeans from Zara ( summer 2018) and vintage denim jacket. . I can remember a newspaoer article a while ago saying at what age are you too old to wear jeans? . I say never too old. . . . .
