Great for keeping the body mobile and for strong core and glutes. With core strength the back is supported and the knees will have less issues with tracking or injuries.

Back to the pilates reformer this week
This is one of my efforts from then and before my weightloss journey too.
Lots of open air Christmas rinks open now.
Will post my recent effort at the Natiral History Museum later today.
Its great exercise for core stability and glutes.
Also a sense of achievement the longer one stays upright!
