I’m road testing two brand new nutritional supplements this week.
This one is called Zenii and can help plump and hydrate the skin. Good skin care isn’t just about the beauty products you put on your skin- but living a healthy lifestyle with attention to the food you eat and how much water you drink.
As we age the skin loses its collagen, elastin & hyaluronic acid content. So this is a supplement that aims to address these issues.
ProHydrate by ZENii
Hyaluronic acid to help maintain skin hydration.
Coconut water also for skin rehydration.
MSM as an anti-inflammatory and skin detoxificator.
Vitamin C as an antioxidant.
Zinc for healing and rejuvenation.
I would think that the results of any course of supplements or treatments will be more apparent and keep improving after a couple of months rather than in just one month. But we all have to start somewhere.
Zenii ProHydrate is available from John Bell and Croyden in London and online.
I’ll let you know my own results in a month.

Your thoughts ladies??? .
Does this ad campaign help give you body confidence?
Feel better about your own body image?
Understand that no one is perfect ( unless they’ve airbrushed or filtered).
If I can undress at the age of 64 together with these other brave and confident women of all ages, shapes, sizes.. then you too should be confident enough to embrace the body you actually have.
Btw, I had no name for my boobs in this video.
However I actually did… I called them “my girls!” What do you call yours? .
New work out today 71% of women felt typical lingerie ads appealed to men and we knew it was time to get real. We’ve had enough of Victoria Secret’s catwalks and unattainable photoshopped perfection. We took to the streets and cast real women of all shapes and sizes.
Today and over the next 4 weeks we’ll be celebrating diversity and encouraging women to embrace their bodies as they are. From “Lemon drops” to “Ant & Dec” we say .
In my case…. Zara jacket ( last season)
Leather-look jeans ( current season Zara)
Black patent stiletto boots. ( vintage) .
In my opinion first date clothes should appear understated and thrown together stylishly.
Like you made an effort to look nice but didn’t try too hard.
Never lots of cleavage and lots of leg together-only one or the other. .
I like to dress age appropriately , never the mutton dressed as lamb, but I do still like to wear clothes with an edge.
As I am age 60+ my skirts or dresses aren’t ever shorter than knee length and only a glimpse of cleavage not too much.
Not everything on show.
Less is always more.
However shoes can definitely always be sexy whatever your age.
Dress to suit your body shape and size, and create optical illusions to flatter your best bits and detract from your least favourite bits. .
I always want my clients to feel confident and love themselves when they look in the mirror. .
It’s the whole of you that’s attractive -your personality, your confidence and your body language. .
No one is judging you in real life. .
Be positive and dress to impress.
First impressions count.
I was not expecting so many.
If you saw this last bikini body post of mine please could you comment on the following:
Did you like because..
I’m an older woman body-confident enough to wear a bikini?
Because I don’t filter -what I post is the reality?
Because there were boobs!?
Because I looked ok?
Informative nutrition and lifestyle eating tips?
Because as a woman yourself I hopefully am inspiring you to be confident and not care what others say
Please let me know your thoughts as I will adjust my posts accordingly.
Btw, This is my first home cooked lunch continuing on the same protein and good complex carbs eating regime.
Chicken breast pan sauteed in coconut oil.
Broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower.
