I always post an in-salon selfie when my hair is looking its post-haircut best. However this time the pic ended up accidentally being a video as @andysmith_stylist hijacked the phone.
Lucy the westie x bichon wanted to be included. .
A great haircut makes you feel good and can renew self-confidence, self-esteem and positivity.

Faddy instant quick fix diets can never work successfully as they’re not sustainable long term. So finding a way of healthy eating that works for your own lifestyle is the way forward. .
.
So over the next week I’m going to post examples of the Grayshott “regime week”
with nutrition tips for you to follow.
So you too can do a simple home version.
.
.
The key to the Regime is improving gut health with fermented foods (sauerkraut and bitters) before each meal and then having a good balance of complex carbs (vegetables) and protein ( chicken, fish , beef, etc). .
.
Yummy carrot, kale and spinach soup to start. Main course fillet of red mullet in miso broth with crispy shallots and stir fry vegetables in wheat free soy sauce. .

Invest in yourself
.
We all say we haven’t got the money or the time to invest in ourselves, especially at this time of the year.
Maybe it’s a weekend away, a holiday abroad, time just for ourselves, an escape, a retreat, an experience, somewhere to learn a new skill or simply taking time out to stop and understand more about ourselves and what we want from our lives.
.
But making time and finding a way to do this can often make you happier, more successful and more fulfilled in your life and ready for an exciting new 2019 year ahead.
.
So go for it.
Make yourself your priority like I just have done.
You’re worth it and everyone around you will benefit as well.
