Then with Shannon onto the best panto ever! – Sleeping Beauty @thelondonpalladium . This is an absolutely must-see panto with Julian Clary, Dawn French, Nigel Havers, Flavia and Vincent from Strictly, Paul Zerdin ventriloquist and the campest most lavish most extravagant over the top costumes you have ever seen!
Julian Clary doesn’t have a single line that doesn’t have a double meaning and Dawn French is brilliant as the wicked witch.
This is the 3rd year if the Panto at the Palladium and this is the biggest and best yet!
Fab-u- lous!!!

Good morning Friday!
It’s important to always stretch before any exercise.
.
.
But check with your personal trainer that you’re stretching correctly as this pose is slightly exaggerated for the purposes of this pic. The more you can bring your hip forward and align the knees the better the stretch.

Back in day
….
Circa 1970s
Wearing Kenzo.
.
It’s a shame that our younger selves don’t appreciate or realise how good we look at the time and beat ourselves up wanting to be an improved version. Slimmer, curvier, longer legs, bigger boobs etc etc.
.
Love yourself and love what you see in the mirror as you are now.
Accept your imperfections. They are what make you unique. .
Be confident in who you are.
Confidence is sexy.

These photos are pre-social media when there were no filters on photos and no pressures to look a certain way. .
Of course there were those who were skinny too and those who were fat but no-one judged or had anywhere to post photos that weren’t real. The only place to post a photo was in a personal photo album which stayed in your living room. .
No-one exercised, worked out or went to gyms in the same ‘addicted to fitness’ way so our bodies were a different shape and less toned than gym bodies of nowadays. .
Maybe we did ballet or horse riding or swam or did some form of sport at school and beyond but only for our personal enjoyment. Not with the same end goals to have the perfect Instagram body. .
We didn’t compare or judge.
No pressures to look a certain way.
We were happier and more confident in our body image then.
Free to be who we were. .
