Good morning Friday! . It's important to always stretch before any exercise. . . But check with your personal trainer that you're stretching correctly as this pose is slightly exaggerated for the purposes of this pic. The more you can bring your hip forward and align the knees the better the stretch. . . . . .

Not a fashion statement but a Universal Contour Wrap treatment

Not a fashion statement but a Universal Contour Wrap treatment. . Bandaged up like a mummy with detoxifying clay impregnated bandages. Then wrapped in a heated blanket wearing the stylish vinyl space age silver suit for 45 minutes whilst the 'magic' takes effect. . The treatment guarantees a collective inch loss of 6" that can last a couple of days. Apparently no bathing or showering that same day so the effects of the wrap stay. . However as we all know all treatments can vary in their effectiveness and most treatments need a course of at least 3 or 4 treatments to be most effective. . However this is a quick fix and can help if you want to look and feel your best for a special occasion. The first photo of me is the before the treatment. The last photo in this series of video clips and pics is the after treatments. . Thank you @facegym for my lovely treatment . My treatments shown here in my video clips are a signature electrical and an cryo oxygen. . The session included: a rigorous lifting manual massage, then a ball massage, then the electrical current which very strong and definitely not relaxing, then a gentle massage with a comb type probe and then with a piece of jade and finally the oxygen cryo. . My face now definitely has more definition after the treatment and my skin looks plumped and glowing. . I would love to be able to treat my face and skin to this facial workout more regularly. . I like to look good for my age without resorting to surgery, botox or fillers. This treatment is definitely fabulous. . These video clip have no filters. . . . . . . .
