Morning PT HIIT workout

Morning PT HIIT workout. Monday morning training with a mix of boxing, agility and core exercises. As you can see from the video clip I'm not the best in fast side to side movements due to past injury restrictions and an element of caution! (hip resurface and torn glute med 3 years ago, and injured knee ligaments this March) However at 63 I am grateful to be fit and able to do everything I want to do from pilates and dance classes to horse riding,and paddleboarding. . .
