The treatment guarantees a collective inch loss of 6″ that can last a couple of days.
Apparently no bathing or showering that same day so the effects of the wrap stay.

However as we all know all treatments can vary in their effectiveness and most treatments need a course of at least 3 or 4 treatments to be most effective.

However this is a quick fix and can help if you want to look and feel your best for a special occasion.
You obviously need to also be eating sensibly and drink lots of water that same day. . .

Many of my age would not. I’m 64. They would say ” You’re brave, I wouldn’t do this, but well done.” .
Watch this space. .
I am going to be part of an exciting campaign that is something I would never have considered doing a few years ago. .
I’m braver now and I have to walk the walk and talk the talk if I am going to inspire and bang on about positive body image, confidence and being yourself whatever age, shape or size you are with no filters. .

If we keep our bodies reasonably fit and eat healthily, then when we are super busy we are still able to cope when life becomes stressful.

This is an exercise from my Wednesday physio reformer pilates class.

This Pilates exercise strengthens arms, helps the movement and flexibility of a tight upper back, works the tum, core and glute muscles, the inner thighs and needs balance to be able to stand, twist and bend over. .
It’s more difficult than it looks, especially when it’s done slowly with control, holding out the platform steadily before returning it back in.
