Small steps. . When life is tough don't give up. It's easy in January to make all those unrealistic resolutions and set yourself up to fail. . So start your journey with small steps. A step by step change of thinking. . It could be that you want to: Change your life. Become fitter, healthier. It could be anything........ . Start each day when you wake up to be grateful for 3 things in your life. That way the day will begin on a positive note. . I’m road testing two brand new nutritional supplements this week.

This one is called Zenii and can help plump and hydrate the skin. Good skin care isn’t just about the beauty products you put on your skin- but living a healthy lifestyle with attention to the food you eat and how much water you drink.

As we age the skin loses its collagen, elastin & hyaluronic acid content. So this is a supplement that aims to address these issues.

Hyaluronic acid to help maintain skin hydration.
Coconut water also for skin rehydration.
MSM as an anti-inflammatory and skin detoxificator.

I would think that the results of any course of supplements or treatments will be more apparent and keep improving after a couple of months rather than in just one month. But we all have to start somewhere.

Dressing cleverly is all about creating an illusion whatever your body shape. . Everyone can dress to be the best versions of themselves with no need to use apps or filters on their social media posts. . No celebrity I have ever dressed in all my 30 years as a celebrity stylist has had a perfect body. We are all unique and should embrace our own individuality. . . . .

The Summer wardrobe is finally having an airing this week.

The Summer wardrobe is finally having an airing this week. . Summer has arrived in London at the same time as my busiest fun week of the year. . It makes a change to wear real clothes instead of daily fitness kit lycra which everyone walks around London in, even if they're not going to the gym. . Girls night out with Marcia McCabe at my cousin Russ Kane's pre-Edinburgh festival warm up gig at the Albany pub, London. . Wearing halter neck silk top and limited edition customised jeans from Zara ( summer 2018) and vintage denim jacket. . I can remember a newspaoer article a while ago saying at what age are you too old to wear jeans? . I say never too old. . . . .

Difficult to know what to wear when the weather changes from hot and muggy to cold and rain

Difficult to know what to wear when the weather changes from hot and muggy to cold and rain and you're sitting outside the restaurant for dinner. . The way forward seems to be mixing Summer and Winter wardrobes. . Chanel-style cotton rib dress from Zara (Summer 2018) with vintage leather jacket. . Photo seems to be slightly out of focus. Think the photographer may have had one drink too many . . . .

Been off grid for a week as I dropped my phone and the screen broke

Been off grid for a week as I dropped my phone and the screen broke even with all bumpers and protection. . £220 later for Samsung S9+ screen/whole frame replacement ( and that was one of the cheaper quotes) I'm now catching up. . So... Never too old to love a live music gig.. Especially when it's a mother and daughter girls night out. Fleetwood Mac at Wembley. . . . .

It’s pouring with rain today but yesterday was beautiful

It's pouring with rain today but yesterday was beautiful and all that was needed for the best sun protection was a big floppy hat, sunglasses and Altruist factor 50 sunscreen for the face, and Altruist factor 30 for the body as seen with @misslucy_lou . Altruist was developed to be both effective in protection and affordable by a dermatologist and skin cancer specialist. Affordable - so we all buy and use our sun protection products more. . I love the ethos of this brand. Not only is it less expensive than most of the other big brands out there but also % of every tube sold goes to charity to help Albino kids. . . . . . . @altruistsun

You will be so surprised So Think of one word to describe ...... "How you see yourself. And then, "How you think others see you. "How you'd like others to see you." And start asking.... .
