Organic scrambled eggs, organic streaky bacon, smashed avocado with chillis, wilted spinach, roasted sweet potato. .
If you make each plate of food appealing, it can help you regulate portion control and also create each meal to be a more sensory total experience. Always eat and focus on what you’re eating rather than watching TV or reading. It’s not good to eat on the move. The brain won’t register you have eaten and you will remain hungry.
.
Eating with mindfulness can help remind the brain to send a timely message to the stomach when you are actually full. This will stop you binge eating or over-eating and help you to to maintain an optimum healthy weight.

When there was no social media, comparison anxiety, face-tune, filters, body-shaming, body-image worries or a need to feel compelled to look a certain way, to be a certain size or body shape.
.
We all wanted to look our best and wear the latest fashions. .
We didn’t eat fast food as it didn’t really exist yet, or snack continuously throughout the day. .
So weight issues were less than nowadays as we ate a healthier and less processed diet. .

Bandaged up like a mummy with detoxifying clay impregnated bandages.
Then wrapped in a heated blanket wearing the stylish vinyl space age silver suit for 45 minutes whilst the ‘magic’ takes effect.

The treatment guarantees a collective inch loss of 6″ that can last a couple of days.
Apparently no bathing or showering that same day so the effects of the wrap stay.

Be bold. Be brave. Be you.

This includes a weekly Pilates class for me. .
If we keep our bodies reasonably fit and eat healthily, then when we are super busy we are still able to cope when life becomes stressful.
.
This is an exercise from my Wednesday physio reformer pilates class.
.
This Pilates exercise strengthens arms, helps the movement and flexibility of a tight upper back, works the tum, core and glute muscles, the inner thighs and needs balance to be able to stand, twist and bend over. .
It’s more difficult than it looks, especially when it’s done slowly with control, holding out the platform steadily before returning it back in.
