Exercise for hip rotation, inner thigh muscles- the adductors, and hip control. Especially good for strengthening around the hip.
I did this exercise as part of a series of 3 sets. Toes turned out heels together,
then toes turned in heels out
and then straight.
So using all three sets of surounding hip support muscles. .

Morning pilates exercise
. Mobility, spinal mobility, flexibility, core and abs strength exercise. And also back of arm muscles as they are also used to help action the movement together with the lower abdominal muscles. The movement should be smooth and controlled and not driven by body weight momentum.
It’s harder than it looks.

2 organic eggs (protein) fried in Waitrose bought organic butter, ( good fats) organic multigrain and wholewheat bread ( complex carbs) from the local bakery.
Streaky Duchy of Cornwall free range bacon ( protein)
Wilted spinach ( great spurce of iron)
Avocado (oddly it’s a fruit and is also full of good fats )
Some fat in your diet is good for you and also helps you feel fuller longer. .

Early morning beach walk time
For a healthy gut which helps you to be healthy overall, if you leave 12 hours between your last evening meal and your breakfast/brunch/first meal of the day you are giving your digestive system a chance to digest and rest.
Take your exercise before this first meal of the day.
20 mins fast walking or 20 mins HIT exercise will help your weightloss programme.. .
