Todays warming wet weather healthy home cooked lunch with carbs.

Intermittent fasting with a 16 hour fast since last meal of Tuesday eve. 8pm yesterday to 12pm today.
Good to give the gut a rest. For best results repeat 2 consecutive days. 
Mashed potato with crispy skin chicken cooked in coconut oil  and spinach.
Had to have the mashed potato as its such wet, cold and miserable Wintery Summer weather today

Lobster, crab, mussels, clams, prawns, king prawns, crab cakes, smoked salmon, scallops and samphire.

Did you know that clams amd mussels must be closed before you cook (boil) them and open when you eat them? Otherwise they should be thrown away.

Training today Its all about the core

Its all about the core.

This exercise helps improve core stability. It's important to try to keep the hips equally aligned, the back in line with the leg and arm and not wobble!  Head and neck should also be aligned with the back not looking up or down. Mine I've noticed is slightly too raised.

Homecooked wheatfree, lowcarb and protein Sunday Brunch Scrambled organic eggs cooked in unpasteurized salty butter, with chopped chives, avocado, wilted spinach with Omega3 Good oil, homegrown tomatoes, avocado and crispy streaky outdoorbred bacon

And an expresso coffee.
You need to include good fats in your daily diet as they help regulate your metabolism, keep you feeling full longer,  help transport vitamins and minerals around your body, and protect your vital organs.

A low fat diet is not good for you or even helps you to lose weight on a long term basis. But I am only including healthy fats not transfats or saturated fats in fast foods and processed foods.
